Silberra Ultima 100
the Silberra ULTIMA 100 Film is panchromatic negative black and white high contrast photographic film with a nominal sensitivity of ISO = 100, on a substrate of transparent polyester, providing exceptional stability of the material. The thickness of the substrate is 0.08 mm. Special material of the substrate with a hydrophobic coating not only accelerates the drying of negatives after developing, but also prevents the formation of drip marks; in addition, the film doesn't curl when drying and can be placed in drying cabinets with no additional cargo in the bottom. The difference between the versions of PAN and ULTIMA - the thickness of the substrate; in the films, the ULTIMA is thinner than the substrate, which facilitates the work with it as in optical printing and when scanning.

Description
The film can be classified as extra fine grain: the basis for the film series PAN/steel ULTIMA emulsion used for films and video surveillance system; as a consequence, any of the films Silberra ULTIMA has a very fine grain, allowing to obtain excellent detail and beautiful dithering. in respect to the original emulsions, the dynamic range of the emulsion films Silberra ULTIMA significantly expanded, reduced contrast, and Unsharp left quite high: this combination of properties makes the film Silberra ULTIMA is especially interesting.The official acceptable range of sensitivity for film Silberra ULTIMA100 – 80, 100 and 160 ISO. With these values the ratio of veiling and the image quality will remain within acceptable.
