Delivery

Moscow
  1. Next day or the day after delivery within MKAD within 3 hour window - 400 rubles. Delivery of cameras for rent - 450 rubles. Scheduled delivery within 1 hour window - 500 rubles.
  2. Same day urgent delivery within Garden Ring - 600 rubles. We accept orders until 16.00.
  3. Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays (only with customer confirmation): within Garden Ring - 400 rubles; within the 3rd Transport Ring - 600 rubles; within MKAD - 800 rubles.
  4. In store collection for free is available. Order will be held for 3 days after confirmation if it is not been collected the order will be annulled.
Pay attention
  • Delivery is possible within MKAD. Delivery cases out-with MKAD can be arranged upon conference with customer (usually the price is around 400-1000 rubles). Delivery in 1-2 days after confirmation.
  • In case you reject your order courier service must be paid.
  • You can not change the delivery address on the day of the delivery.
  • Return of rent cameras is only possible by customers themselves.
  • Please do not take more than 10 minutes of our courier time. Thank you.
  • We ask you to be prepared for payment on arrival and if you need change just let us know in advance.
  • In case courier or our manager can not reach you the delivery will be automatically rescheduled for the next day.
Cities of Russia
  1. Delivery by post. It usually takes 7-9 days. The price is around 250-600 rubles and depends on the weight of the parcel and how far away your place is from Moscow. All parcels are sent once a week.
  2. SDEK company. The price is 300-900 rubles and depends on the weight of the parcel and how far away your place is from Moscow. It usually takes 2-5 days.

    3.                          Exchange and Returns Policy

    EXCHANGES (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item let us know.

    RETURNS
    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Photographic equipment belongs to the list of technically sophisticated products, and you cannot return the cameras if you did not like them in terms of quality, color, appearance, etc. Cameras are accepted only in case of marriage (under warranty).

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Products from the Polaroid Retro and Film Cameras sections are also non-exchangeable and non-refundable. They are used.

    We provide a guarantee for all cameras, of course, if there are technical problems with the camera within the warranty period, we will repair the cameras or replace them, or we will give you a conclusion from the service center about the maintainability of the goods.
