Fast acid fixer for film and photo paper (per 1 liter of working solution).
Universal fastener, has high speed and good resource.
When working with any fast fixers, it is important to strictly monitor the processing time, since overexposure in solution can lead to partial loss of details in the lights. The standard time for fixing the film is considered to be three times the lightening time of the substrate, when processing paper, you can be guided by the figures given below.
Preparation
It is desirable to prepare the fixer on distilled water.
1. Dissolve the contents of a large bag in 600 ml of water 45-50 °C.
2. After completely dissolving the contents of the first package, dissolve the contents of the small package. 3. Bring the volume of water to 1 liter and cool the solution to room temperature, filter if necessary.
Processing time (at 20 °C)
Film: 2-4 min.
Photo paper cardboard, FB: 1-2 min.
Photo paper plastic, RC: 1 min.
Limit of use (for 1 liter of solution)
Up to 45 prints 18x24 cm or 15-20 narrow films (type 135).
It is not recommended to use the same solution for processing film and paper!
Expiration date
Store in a cool, dry place without access to light. In dry form, the fixer is stored for at least 1 year. Working solution - at least 6 months in a tightly closed container filled under the throat. Partially used solution - up to 1 month.
