  • - The shutter speed range of the lamella shutter with vertical movement of metal shutters is from 1/8000 to 30 seconds. Synchronization of electronic flashbulbs at exposures no shorter than 1/250 seconds.
    - A rigid pentaprism viewfinder displaying 92% of the area of the future frame with a replaceable focusing screen;
    - Exposure measurement modes: 8-zone matrix, center-weighted and point;
    - Automatic exposure control modes: shutter priority, aperture priority and a software automaton supplemented with seven scene modes. Exposure correction +/- 5 steps. In the "M" mode, semi-automatic exposure control is possible with control of its deviation on the scale in the field of view of the viewfinder;
    - Automatic adjustment of the film sensitivity by DX-code in the range from 25 to 5000 ISO, as well as the possibility of manual input in the range from 6 to 6400 ISO;
    - Phase autofocus by one cross-shaped focus point in the center of the frame. Frame-by-frame and tracking autofocus with prediction of the position of moving objects;
    - Electronic self-timer with a delay of 2 to 30 seconds and an aperture repeater;
    - The back cover of the removable design can be replaced by the MF-26 control, with the functions of date imprinting, multi-exposure and timer shooting;
    - Semi-automatic charging of the film and automatic rewinding at its end;
    - Installation of lenses with a Nikon F mount
